As Orientashop.com is a retail arm of Orienta Ltd , all records of transactions on Credit/Debit cards and Paypal statements will be in the name of Orienta E-Shop.
In order to ensure clarity “you” and “your” shall mean the individual, company or entity who enters into a contract with us, “us”, “our” and “we” shall mean Orienta.

Conditions of Sale
These are the terms and conditions (which include our privacy policy, disclaimer and copyright notice) on which we do business for goods ordered through the Orientashop.com website. They do not affect your statutory rights and are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities and your rights.
1. These are the only terms and conditions upon which we agree to contract with you and no alteration of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless previously agreed in writing.
2. A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we receive settlement of your Credit/Debit card or Paypal payment.
3. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any website based information or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
4. No pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained in this website or other advertising matter shall be deemed to form part of the contract but are for general information and guidance only.
5. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
Payments
Payments are taken in Pounds Sterling and all purchases will be liable to VAT at the prevailing UK rate. You can order through the Orientashop.com website. When purchasing on line, we have partnered with Barclays Merchant Services and PayPal and offer some of the worlds most secure online payment services.

Same Day Despatch
Our goal is to ship all orders received Monday to Friday before 1pm on the day of the order. If your order is placed after 1pm or on a weekend it will be shipped the next working day.
Delivery
Whilst we endeavour to offer various shipping methods, it is our goal to dispatch all goods either the same day or on the following day.

1. The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order form. Depending on the choice of goods and/or delivery methods, goods will normally be delivered to the UK between 1 and 2 working days, anywhere else between 2 and 10 days, of your order being accepted, unless otherwise notified to you by us. Our Goal is to ship on the same day the order was placed if placed before 1pm. if we do not ship on the same day we will notify you.
2. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order for such goods and to refund in full any payment you have made for them. For the avoidance of doubt, other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
3. We warrant that, at the time of delivery, the ordered goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994). There may be minor differences between the goods as metal finishes can change colour over time.
   4. Please be aware that Orientashop.com cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
   5. In the event that no one is available to take delivery of the goods at the nominated delivery address on the original order, the courier should leave a contact card to arrange a convenient day for the delivery to be attempted again or collected from a collection point. Should the person who placed the order not take steps to contact the courier or the supplier to arrange redelivery the courier will return the goods to the supplier. In this event, and in rare cases where Orientashop.com considers that the buyer has not made a reasonable attempt to facilitate delivery, Orientashop.com may charge a failed delivery fee at cost.

If the order is an international delivery and the recipient is not available for delivery then it is the buyers responsibility to contact the relevant delivery service in their country and arrange for the parcel to be collected or redelivered at a convenient time.

If the parcel is not collected, then a refund can only be given once it has been returned to us and received.

International parcels can take up to to 6 weeks to be returned.

Returns
We always take care to ensure you receive your purchases in good working order, if however, you have a reason to return any faulty or unwanted goods, Orientashop.com has a straightforward returns process which you can access on our web site. Simply fill in your details and we will guide you through our process. The returns page can be found in your accounts page by signing into your account, or simply click here.

European Law (the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ( updated 2012,2016 ) explains that you have a right to return any products for any reason within 14 days of purchase orientashop.com offers you a full 28 days to receive a refund and or exchange. See below for further details.
1. Unwanted items must be returned within 28 days of delivery for a refund provided the products are unused, still in their original packaging, the packaging is unopened, as new and the original tags are still attached. We will only refund the amount paid for the item, not the postage and packaging. You have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period. We advise that you return items with suitable cover against loss in transit.
2. Any claim by you that any product is defective or not of satisfactory quality, must be notified to us through our return request page within 14 days from the date of delivery or 21 days after dispatch by us, whichever is the earlier. If you do not notify us accordingly, we take no liability for such failure or defect and therefore you accept that the goods are of a good and working condition.
3. All electrical products are covered by their warranty and we will assist you through this process.
4. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
5. If you make a valid claim under paragraph 2 (Returns), we shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods, but we shall have no further liability for such failure or defect.
6. Items returned to Orientashop.com for a warranty claim must be shipped to us with the postage paid. We will not accept deliveries that do not have their postage paid.
7. Shipping costs for warranty claims are non-refundable.
8. Orientashop.com will cover the cost of shipping replacement items to the address provided on the Return Form
9. If an item returned to us does not meet the warranty criteria, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.

Returns Policy
If the return is not a warranty claim please first check that your return meets the conditions in our Returns Policy below .
Send us an email via the page to notify us that you would like to return an item. When you email us please let us know your order number. We will confirm the return by email (normally within 48hrs).
Please package the item well with all original packaging materials and mark the parcel with your return reference number (this will be your help desk ticket ID) and if possible include a note with your name inside (a printout of our help desk email is ideal).
Post the item back to us. Orientashop.com does not accept liability for goods damaged in transit while being returned, so please return using an insured delivery service.
Once we receive the returned item(s) we will notify you and either send a replacement (subject to availability), offer a credit towards another purchase or issue a refund to the credit/debit card used to make the order.
You Must Take Reasonable Care Of The Goods – During the evaluation of the product it is expected that you take reasonable care of the goods (as you would when examining the product in a shop). You are obliged by law to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase.
Please  return with the original manufacturer’s packaging (which shall not be defaced or damaged) complete with accessories, manuals, documentation, plastic bags, warranty cards, tie wraps, and any other little bits or pieces that originally came with the product.
Items Ordered In Error – Upon receipt of your order please check you have ordered the correct item before opening the packaging.  It is your duty to take reasonable care of the item (as you would in a shop) while you evaluate the product.
It is our aim that customers are 100% satisfied with all products purchased at Orientashop.com. If this is the case please contact us and we may be able to offer credit for another purchase (subject to inspection of the returned product)

Custom made products – Products that have been custom made to the customer’s specification cannot be returned for a refund or credit.
Letting Us Know You Want To Return – If you wish to return a product for refund, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 28 days and the item must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt of goods. You must notify us within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods that you wish to cancel the order by giving notice in a letter, fax or email.
Exceptions To This Guarantee – Any and all products returned to us after the 30 day return/exchange period has expired cannot be accepted by Orientashop.com under any circumstances and will be returned to the customer (at the customer’s expense) without a refund.
Except in the case of faulty goods, returned items not complying with these requirements will be rejected. No refund will be made if the goods are returned physically damaged.

Products that have been damaged by the customer which require more cost to repair than the wholesale value of the product will be returned to the customer without a refund at their expense, regardless of when it was returned.

Same Day Despatch
Our goal is to ship all orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 1pm on the day of the order. If your order is placed after 1pm or on a weekend it will be shipped the next working day.
If you are not able to sign for the delivery?
Not a problem, if you choose UK Recorded delivery you will be left a calling card and will be able to collect from your local Post Office Depot. If you selected Next Working Day Delivery, you will be sent an email once the goods have been shipped and you can re-arrange delivery.

MALTA Delivery Options
For deliveries to MALTA we use a combination of Malta Post or Courier services. All shipments require a signature on delivery.

Please also allow for Public holiday when ordering.

European Orders
Each item sent to any of the EU countries listed below European orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
